The eLearning course, Emotional Disturbance: Creating A Plan of Action   - 13 Categories of IDEA Eligibility, “will focus on the 13 eligibilities for special education services, the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA), , emotional disturbance, and FBA & BIP, and individualized education plan. Every child in public school who requires special education and related services is entitled to an Individualized Education Program (IEP). This document must be tailored specifically to the individual student, ensuring it reflects their unique needs. The IEP serves as a collaborative framework for teachers, parents, school administrators, related service providers, and, when appropriate, the students themselves, to work together towards enhancing educational outcomes for children with disabilities.
