Special Education Compliance and Training LLC (SECT LLC) is a Women-owned and Small Business that operates the Special Education Training Center (SETC), an online platform dedicated to providing commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) professional development, custom eLearning programs for federal, state, and private-sector clients, and training in various formats. We are an approved provider for the Texas Education Agency (TEA) and the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).

SECT LLC offers a range of services, including online courses, E-books, client-specific tailored training sessions, telehealth counseling for special education students, substitute teacher training, and an upcoming preparation program for aspiring special education teachers. Additionally, SECT LLC provides an educational travel program for high school students, compliance audit reviews for special education indicators, and curriculum/course creation services.

Utilizing the ADDIE Instructional Design model, along with Learning Management Data Collection and Analysis.

SECT LLC ensures that its offerings provided through the Special Education Training Center are both effective and accessible. Our online school SETC’s platform is available 24/7 and it supports the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) provided by accesssiBE.
