Special Education Compliance and Training LLC (SECT LLC) is a Women-owned and Small Business that runs the Special Education Training Center (SETC), an online platform offering professional development, custom eLearning programs, and various training formats for federal, state, and private-sector clients. SECT LLC is an approved provider for the Texas Education Agency (TEA) and the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).

The company provides services such as online courses, E-books, client-specific training sessions, telehealth counseling for special education students, substitute teacher training, and a program for aspiring special education teachers. SECT LLC also offers an educational travel program for high school students, compliance audit reviews, and curriculum/course creation services.
