Cancellations
More than 30 days before the first(only)day of the webinar
Options:
1) Full Refundminus the 30% process fee based on the amount of ANY form of training provided by Special Education Compliance and Training LLC (SECT-LLC) and our online school Special Education Training Center (SETC). The 30% process fee will be awarded to SECT-LLC vis STRIPE account. The eLearner will not be refunded the credit card fee imposed by STRIPE.
On-Demand Courses: For distance learning - independent courses (on demand courses), the only refunds offered will be those courses that Special Education Compliance and Training LLC would cancel. All other purchases of on demand courses are final. Please look at the description of the course to determine if it’s an on-demand and/or independent course.
Please note no refunds and/or substitution will be given for the following: 1. “Special Education Reteach Lecture Series” program, and 2. Client specific training created by Special Education Compliance and Training LLC.

2) Substitute:A substitute may be sent in your place. The eLeaner must choose another type of training or Special Education Compliance and Training LLC will select the training for the eLearner. At the time of request for a refund, it is the eLearner’s responsibility to tell SECT-LLC which online course or any other form of training they are interested in attending. SECT-LLC will not create any forms of new training for the eLearner requesting a refund. The eLearner must choose from Special Education Training Center’s online courses or face-to-face training. If the online course or webinar or face-to-face training exceeds the amount paid for the training, the eLearner must pay the difference.
3) Transfer/s: Transfer the registration to another webinar or online course/s date or face-to-face training. SECT-LLC through it’s online school Special Education Training Center attempt to host the same webinar or online courses throughout the year to best accommodate transfers. Registration can be transferred to another webinar or online course or face-to-face training based on its date and presentation topic(difference in fees may apply).
Less than 30 days before the first(only)day of the webinar
Special Education Compliance and Training LLC, will not give any refunds/money for ANY form of training canceled less than 30 days of the training and/or purchase of the training/client specific training. Credits towards a future webinar, online courses may substitute for the registration fee submitted. , with prior approval by Special Education Compliance and Training, LLC.

Special Education Compliance and Training LLC reserves the right to substitute speakers in the event of a speaker cancellation.
Special Education Compliance and Training LLC reserves the right to change the “live in person” conference to a “Livestream” webinar in the event of weather, pandemic, Acts of God, or national or local guidelines. Our refund policy applies to all registration payments including those by purchase order.
