Presenter: J. Hines PhD,LSSPThe eLearning course ”5 Psychological Theories of Motivation ” covers the five theories of motivation. First, “Hertzberg’s Two-Factor Theory” sometimes called “Two Factor Theory” examines motivation in the workplace. Second, Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs is a motivational theory in psychology based on the Five-Tier Model of Human needs. Third, Hawthorne Effect discusses how people are motivated to perform better, if the individual is participating in some type of study or research. Fourth, “Expectancy Theory of Motivation” discusses how individuals are motivated when there is a set of goals related to efforts and performance, some form of a reward, and the need to do good. Finally, the “Three-Dimensional Theory of Attribution” examines a person’s own perceptions or attributions in determining the effort the person will implement in future goals or activities.

Cancellation
and Refund Policy:
•Face-to-face
Training Course/s: Any cancellation of face-to-face training
course/s must be sent to [email protected] no later than 5 calendar days
prior to the starting date of the face-to-face training course/s. At
that time a full refund will be given through STRIPE within 30 business
days, minus a processing fee of $30.00 US dollars.
A
cancellation fee of $50.00 per participant for face-to-face training cancelled less
than 1-4 days prior to the starting date of face-to-face training course/s. No
refunds will be given on the starting date or after the starting date of the
face-to-face training course/s. Face-to-face training course/s are NOT
transferable to any face-to-face training course/s or eLearning On-line
course/s. No refunds will be given on discounted face-to-face training courses.
***Passing Score: All eLearners must score 80% or Higher on the Certification Examination
***Maximum Number of Attempts: Five attempts are allowed
***Duration: 45 mins time-limit
***Release of Certificate of Attendance: A passing score of 80% or Higher will release the “Certificate of Attendance”.
***Full Attendance is required for the eLearning Examination, and passing examinations, and quizzes are required too.
