1. Definitions and Interpretation

• 3.1 Any personal Data User/Users submit will be retained by Special Education Training Center  for as long as  the User/Users uses the Services and Systems provided on the Website https://www.spedtraining.com. Data that User/Users may submit through any communications System that Special Education  Training Center may provide may be retained for a longer period of up to  one year.
• 3.2 Unless  Special Education Training Center are obliged or permitted by law to do so, and subject to Clause 4, User/Users's Data will not be disclosed to third parties. This includes our affiliates and / or other companies within our group.

 Special Education Training Center may, from time to time, employ/s the services of other parties for dealing with matters that may include, but are not limited to, payment handling, delivery of purchased items, search engine facilities, advertising and marketing. 5. Changes of Business Ownership and Control

• 5.1  Special Education Compliance and Training LLC may, from time to time, expand or reduce its business and this may involve the sale of certain divisions or the transfer of control of certain divisions to other parties. Data provided by User/Users will, where it is relevant to any division so transferred, be transferred along with that division and the new owner or newly controlling party will, under the terms of this Policy, be permitted to use the Data for the purposes for which it was supplied by User/Users.
• 5.2 In the event that any Data submitted by User/Users will be transferred in such a manner, User/Users will be contacted in advance and informed of the changes. When contacted User/Users will be given the choice to have their Data deleted or withheld from the new owner or controller. The User/Users must request to delete or withheld thier data within 36 hours or 3 days or it will be assumed by Special Education Compliance and Training LLC's has been given permission to share the User/Users's Data, User/Users data collected through Our Website Special Education Training Center https://www.spedtraining.com.  The User/Users must request in writing to have their data deleted or withheld in writing by sending their request to the following email setc@spedtraining.com, when a change in Business Ownership and Control has been notified to Special Education Training Center's User/Users.
  

6. Controlling Access to User/Users Data

• 6.1 Wherever User/Users are required to submit Data, User/Users will be given options to restrict Special Education Training Center https://www.spedtraining.com use of that Data. This may include the following:
• 6.1.1 use of Data for direct marketing purposes; and
• 6.1.2 sharing Data with third parties.

7.  User/Users Right to Withhold Information

8. Accessing  User/Users own Data

• 8.1 User/Users may access their Account at any time to view or amend the Data. User/Users may need to modify or update their Data if  and when User/Users circumstances change. Additional Data as to User/Users  marketing preferences may also be stored and User/Users may change this at any time.
• 8.2 User/Users have the right to ask for a copy of their personal Data on payment of a small fee; Special Education Compliance and Training LLC charges non-refundable fee of $150.00 per request. 

9. Security

Data security is of great importance to Special Education Training Center and to protect User/Users Data Special Education Training Center have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure Data collected online.

10. Changes to this Policy

 Special Education Compliance and Training LLC reserves the right to change this Privacy Policy as we may deem necessary from time to time or as may be required by law, for Our Website Special Education Training Center https://www.spedtraining.com.
