

Special Education Training Center special education community promotes consistent quality and excellent in training special education assessors and special teachers. Through consistent asynchronous webinars and synchronous learning supported by peer-reviewed research assessors and teacher will be able to develop their skillsets, foster a sense of lifelong learning and continually build the special education community.
Special Education Compliance and Training LLC (SECT-LLC) is
a limited liability company that provides commercial-off-the self (COTS)
special education eLearning courses both in asynchronous webinars and
synchronous learning. Our eLearning course/s, reteach series, and Master
Trainer-of-Trainer series training is provided to individuals, governmental and
state agencies, educational institutions, and to the non-governmental business
sector.
SECT-LLC is a certified provider for the Texas Education
Agency to provide continuing education/professional development to school
district’s staff in the State of Texas. We offer training to special education
assessment teams, Licensed Specialists in School Psychology, psychologists,
Board Certified Behavior Analyst, educational diagnosticians, school
psychologists, speech therapists, occupational therapists, physical therapists,
special education teachers, vision/hearing teachers, and regular education
administrative staff.
All the training provided by Special Education Compliance
and Training LLC is provided through our web-based eLearning school Special Education
Training Center (SETC) (Website https://www.spedtraining.com).
To support our eLearning school, SECT-LLC
monitors, provides updates, creates eLearning courses, develops the trainer-of-trainer,
and reteach series, modifications as needed, provides policies and procedures,
and training based on peer-reviewed research.
What is eLearning? An eLearning environment is a self-direct elearning environment which provides eLearners with training accessible remotely, through the internet. Upon access, the eLearner will be able to monitor their own progress and complete the elearning courses at their own pace.
Special Education Training Center, eLearning courses instructional design, is based on the "ADDIE Model" and are accessible 24/7 days of the week. To monitor the principles of effectiveness, SETC "eLearning Course Indicators" monitors the eLearning courses and eLearners progress through their eLearning course/s. As part of our continued services, SETC also creates and develops elearning courses that are content specific to governmental and state agencies, institutions and the private business sectors specifications.
