Refund and Cancellation Policy
Face-to-face Training
Course/s: Any cancellation of face-to-face training course/s must be
sent to setc@spedtraining.com no later than 30 business days prior to the
starting date of the face-to-face training course/s. At that time a
full refund will be given through STRIPE within 30 business days, minus a
processing fee of $30.00 US dollars.
Cancellation of Face-to-Face: A face-to-face cancellation fee of $50.00 per
participant for face-to-face training cancelled less than 30 business days prior to the
starting date of face-to-face training course/s. No refunds will be given on
the starting date or after the starting date of the face-to-face training
course/s. Face-to-face training course/s are NOT transferable
to any face-to-face training course/s or eLearning On-line course/s
eLearning On-Line Course/s: No refunds will be given for ANY eLearning
On-line course/s that has or will be discounted. NO on-line courses/s are transferable
to any face-to-face training course/s or eLearning On-line course/s. For a refund
Special Education Training Center must be notified within 24 hours of paying
for the On-line courses/s. At that time a full refund will be given
through STRIPE within 30 business days, minus a processing fee of $30.00 US
dollars. NO REFUND will be given if you have opened the course and/or started
the course.
Nonattendance: No refunds will be given for
nonattendance of any face-to-face training course or any Learning courses.
Reserves Rights: Special Education Training
Center reserves to right to modify it’s cancelation and refund policy at any
time.

services, performance, billing or breach of any type of agreement by Special

in all shall be subjective to binding arbitration, in the United States of
America, in the State of Texas. To initiate the arbitration process, the
aggrieved party/s must file and serve Special Education Training Center and/or
Special Education Compliance and Training LLC a written claim in accordance
with the rules set forth by the Federal Arbitration Act of the United States of
America. The party/ies also agree that the “Arbitrator” shall have the power to
award any non-monetary remedies, including
preliminary relief, injunctive relief, attorney’s fees on the part of Special
Education Training Center and/or Special Education Compliance and Training LLC “ONLY”,
and costs and all other remedies available under applicable law. It is agreed
upon that the “Arbitrator’s” decision shall be final, conclusive, and binding
to ALL parties. Judgement may be entered on the Arbitrator’s decision in any
court of law having jurisdiction, within the United States of America or aboard.
