The eLearner must adhere to the following procedure:
1.Within 24 hours of the incident or eLearning course that has not been access, the eLearner must send their compliant in writing to email@example.com
3. Within 5 business days, the eLearner will be provided a resolution to the incident and/or eLearning course/s. If Special Education Training Center is found to be in error, then the issue will be resolved by providing the eLearner with a free eLearning course or a credit to their account ONLY. No money will be refunded.
