

The
eLearner must adhere to the following procedure:
1.Within
24 hours of the incident or eLearning course that has not been access, the
eLearner must send their compliant in writing to setcbusiness@gmail.com
2. The
eLearners compliant must be detail about any incident or the name of the
eLearning course, date of paid for the course, supporting documentation, and
the reason for the compliant being filed, and how you would like the issue
resolved. Please note no refunds will be made on any discounted eLearning
course/s and no money will be refunded. It is the eLearners responsibility to
read the SETC Terms of Use and Conditions and various policies.
3. Within 5 business days, the eLearner will be provided a resolution to the incident and/or eLearning course/s. If Special Education Training Center is found to be in error, then the issue will be resolved by providing the eLearner with a free eLearning course or a credit to their account ONLY. No money will be refunded.
