eLearners are encouraged, always, to communicate their concerns to Special Education Training Center (SETC) via email [email protected] If a situation arises that the eLearner must file a complaint, the following “Grievance Policy” is provided below.
The eLearner must adhere to the
1. Within 24 hours of the incident or
eLearning course that has not been accessed, the eLearner must send their complaint
in writing to [email protected]
2. The eLearners complaint must be
detailed about any incident or the name of the eLearning course, date of paid
for the course, supporting documentation, the reason for the complaint being
filed, and how you would like the issue resolved.
3. Within 5 -10 business days, the
eLearner will be provided with a resolution to the incident. If Special
Education Compliance and Training LLC is found to be in error, then the issue
will be resolved by providing the eLearner with a free eLearning course or a
credit to their account ONLY. No money will be refunded.
Note: No refunds will be made on any
discounted eLearning courses/s and no money will be refunded. It is the
various policies. PLEASE NOTE NO REFUNDS WILL BE MADE ON ANY DISCOUNTED ELEARNING
COURSES, Master Trainer-of-Trainer, Reteach Series, and face-to-face
