Payment Policy

• All fees are stated in U.S. dollars.
• All outstanding balances with Special Education Compliance and Training LLC and/or Special Education Training Center must be paid in full prior to registering for any Special Education Compliance and Training LLC and/or Special Education Training Center.
• If an eLearner has a balance due on the eLearner’s account with Special Education Compliance and Training LLC and/or Special Education Training Center (SETC), the eLearner will not be able to process any training and/or Special Education Educators Preparation Program (SpED EPP) registrations or access eLearners scores from previous testing events taken as part of SpED EPP. The eLearner will be able to access their Special Education Training Center’s account (e.g., online courses, online eBooks, scores, Special Education Educator Preparation Program etc.) as soon as the total outstanding balance has been cleared by either eLearner or the eLearner’s financial institution, unless eLearner’s scores and/or certificates of completion and/or etc. as related to the Special Education Educators Preparation Program are being withheld for any other reason.
• All payments must be for the full amount by the learners and/or the eLearner’s financial institution.
• Cash and paper checks are not accepted for payment or any form of training provided by Special Education Compliance and Training LLC and/or Special Education Training Center. All payments must be paid through Special Education Training STRIP and/or any other forms of payment options such as Shopify and/or any options provided by Special Education Compliance and Training Center LLC.
• Services, training and/or access to the online school Special Education Training Center as deemed by Special Education Compliance and Training LLC may be withheld for nonpayment of fees.
• Refunds of exam and/or training fees will be made in U.S. dollar denominations and via debt and/or charge card.
• Refunds for convenience or processing fee is a set price of $25.00 to be billed to the Learners and paid-in-full, to Special Education Compliance and Training LLC and/or Special Education Training Center.
• Additional policies for payments made by mail are on the form for the service eLearn’s are requesting.
