II. PODCAST AND NEWSLETTER. Welcome to “Share What You Know PODCAST”, hosted by Special Education Training Center (Podcast Host/Our/We) https://www.spedtraining.com who is owned and operated by SETC LLC (Owner & Operator/Our/We). By using the Sites, Podcast and Newsletter, as a Podcast/Newsletter Guest agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions -PODCAST/NEWSLETTER and to use the Sites, Podcast and Newsletter in accordance with these Terms & Conditions -PODCAST/NEWSLETTER, Our Privacy Policy and any additional terms and conditions that may apply to specific sections of the Sites, Podcast and Newsletter and services available through the Sites Special Education Training Center (Podcast/Newsletter Host), LinkedIn, and YouTube, Podcast and the Newsletter or from SECT LLC. No Podcast/Newsletter Guest will be PAID; either in money, eLearning courses or in-kind.
We reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions – PODCAST/NEWSLETTER or to impose new conditions on use of the Sites, Podcast and Newsletter, from time to time, in which case We will post the revised Terms & Conditions PODCAST/NEWSLETTER on Special Education Training Center’s website ONLY. It is the responsibility of the Podcast/Newsletter Guest responsibility to review our Sites, Podcast and Newsletters for any updates. By continuing to use the Site Special Education Training Center website after We post any such changes, Podcast/Newsletter Guest accept the Terms & Conditions PODCAST/NEWSLETTER, as modified and/or update.
A. PRIVACY POLICY. Special Education Training Center respects Podcast/Newsletter Guest privacy and permits the Podcast/Newsletter Guest privacy to control the treatment of your personal information. B. GOVERNING LAW. The Terms & Conditions PODCAST/NEWSLETTER are governed by Special Education Training Center https://www.spedtraining.com . Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with “Share What You Know – PODCAST and/or Share What You Know – NEWSLETTER”, and Sites will be governed by Special Education Training Center ONLY. Podcast/Newsletter Guest agree NOT to sue Special Education Training Center and/or SETC LLC but rather to accept any disagreements in the form of a free eLearning course or an updated in Share What You Know PODCAST and/or Share What You Know NEWSLETTER for any corrections that might arise. Special Education Training Center and/or SECT LLC will make the final determination as to any final settlement either a eLearning course or an updated Share What You Know PODCAST or Share What You Know NEWSLETTER of OUR choice. The Podcast/Newsletter Guest will be notified via email of the determination setc@spectraining.com
C. AGE. Special Education Training Center. does not knowingly collect, either online or offline, personal information from persons under the age of seventeen years old. The Site is intended ONLY for users aged 17 years old or older. Individuals under the age of 17 years old are STRICTLY prohibited from creating an account on OUR Site and the accounts for any such person shall be TERMINATED UPON DETECTION AND/OR BEING NOTIFIED.
D. PODCAST/NEWSLETTER GUEST. To access certain features of Our Site, We may ask Podcast/Newsletter Guest to provide certain information such as name, e-mail address, phone number, biography, podcast audio and/or podcast video for publication on Our Site Special Education Training Center https://www.spedtraining.com, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Newsletter. Upon submission of the PODCAST/NEWSLETTER video it becomes the property of Special Education Training Center and/or SECT LLC to us as their discretion. If any issues arise please reach out to us at setc@spedtraining.com We want our PODCAST/NEWSLETTER Guest to feel at ease submitting their podcast audio and podcast video information. Podcast/Newsletter Guest agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information about themself as prompted by the Site’s, Share What You Know – PODCAST, Share What You Know - NEWSLETTER and ‘Guest Consent Form – PODCAST/NEWSLETTER”.
Podcast/Newsletter Guest are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. You may not assign or otherwise transfer your account to any other person or entity. You acknowledge that Special Education Training Center and/or SECT LLC. is NOT responsible for third party access to your account that results from theft or misappropriation of your account. If we have reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, or incomplete, We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account without your permission, and refuse any and all current or future use of the Sites, Share What You Know PODCAST and Share What You Know NEWSLETTER.
E. CONTENT. By posting, downloading, displaying, performing, transmitting, or otherwise distributing any information or other content to the Sites, Share What You Know PODCAST , and Share What You Know NEWSLETTER, Podcast/Newsletter Guest are granting Special Education Training Center and/or SECT LLC. and its associates a license to use, copy, distribute, transmit, display, reproduce, edit your content of the podcast audio and/or podcast video, any and by posting content to the Sites, Share What You Know PODCAST and Share What You Know NEWSLETTER, Podcast/Newsletter Guest ownd the rights to the content or authorized to post, display, transmit the content in their podcast audio and podcast video, UNTIL it is submitted to Special Education Training Center, at that time, ALL of these rights will transfer over to Our Sites, podcast and newsletter. Podcast/Newsletter Guest agree NOT to post, display, perform, transmit any content that are libelous, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, abusive, political, sexist, or threatening; advocates or encourages conduct that could constitute a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability, or otherwise violate any applicable local, state, national, or foreign law or regulation; advertises or otherwise solicits funds or is a solicitation for goods or services. Special Education Training Center and/or SECT LLC reserves the right to terminate Podcast/Newsletter Guest receipt, transmission, or other distribution of any such material using the Service, and, if applicable, to delete any such material from its servers, form our Sites, podcast and/or newsletter. Podcast/Newsletter Guest Please DO NOT put any CHILDREN in your podcast video, the podcast video will NOT be accepted.
F. VIOLATIONS. Special Education Training Center and/or SECT LLC and its associates reserve the right to refuse or cancel service, refuse podcast audio, newsletter bio, podcast video, terminate accounts, or remove or edit content at Our sole discretion.
G. AFFILIATED SITES. Special Education Training Center and/or SECT LLC has NO control over, and no liability for any third-party websites or materials. Neither Special Education Training Center and/or SECT LLC. nor the Site has control over the content and performance of these partner and affiliate sites, The Special Education Training Center and/or SECT LLC makes no guarantees about the accuracy, currency, content, or quality of the information provided by such sites, and The Special Education Training Center and/or SECT LLC assumes NO responsibility for unintended, objectionable, inaccurate, misleading, or unlawful content that may reside on those sites. Podcast/Newsletter Guest acknowledge and agree that Special Education Training Center and/or SECT LLC makes no guarantees about, and assumes no responsibility for, the accuracy, currency, content, or quality of this third party content, and that, unless expressly provided otherwise, these Terms and Conditions PODCAST/NEWSLETTER shall govern Podcast/Newsletter Guest use of any and all third party content.
H. PROHIBITIONS. Podcast/Newsletter Guest are prohibited from violating or attempting to violate any security features of the Sites, Special Education Training Center https://www.spedtraining.com , LinkedIn, YouTube, podcast and/or newsletter or Service, including, without limitation, accessing content or data not intended for you, or logging onto a server or account that you are not authorized to access; attempting to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of Special Education Training Center, LinkedIn, YouTube, podcast, newsletter or the Service, the Sites, Special Education Training Center, podcast, newsletter, or any associated system or network, or to breach security or authentication measures without proper authorization from specifically SECT LLC; interfering or attempting to interfere with service to any user, host, or network, including, without limitation, by means of submitting a virus to the Sites, Special Education Training Center, LinkedIn, YouTube, podcast, newsletter or Service, overloading, “flooding,” “spamming,” “mail bombing,” or “crashing”; using the Sites, Special Education Training Center, LinkedIn, YouTube, podcast, newsletter or Service to send unsolicited e-mail, including, without limitation, promotions, or advertisements for products or services; forging any Sites, Special Education Training Center, LinkedIn, YouTube, podcast and newsletter or packet header or any part of the header information in any e-mail or in any posting using the Service; attempting to modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise reduce or attempt to reduce to a human-perceivable form any of the source code used by Site’s, Special Education Training Center, LinkedIn, YouTube, podcast, and newsletter in providing the Site’s Special Education Training Center, LinkedIn, YouTube, podcast, and newsletter or Service. indemnify

Podcast/Newsletter Guest agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Special Education Training Center and/or SECT LLC, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, consultants, agents, and representatives from any and all third party claims, losses, liability, damages, and/or costs (including reasonable attorney fees and costs) arising from your access to or use of the Site, Special Education Training Center https://www.spedtraining.com your violation of the Guest Consent Form PODCAST/NEWSLETTER and/or Terms & Conditions PODCAST/NEWSLETTER, or your infringement, or infringement by any other user of your account/s, of any intellectual property or other right of any person or entity. Special Education Training Center and/or SECT LLC will notify you promptly of any such claim, loss, liability, or demand, and will provide you with reasonable assistance, at your expense, in defending any such claim, loss, liability, damage, or cost.

SUBMITTING – Podcast Video
The “Share What You Know Podcast and Share What You Know Newsletter” will focus on current issues, resources, and solutions within our special education community and how we can make the community better by sharing what we know across the global. Guest on the podcast come from all over the world, as Special Education Training Center continues to stimulate the conversation surrounding; sharing what you know!
1) Podcast/Newsletter Guest Biography: The podcast/newsletter guest must provide a short biography; word count not to exceed 2,500 words. The biography will be placed on the “Share What You Know Newsletter”, in conjunction with the “Share What You Know Podcast” podcast video. The biography must be submitted as a word document. The biography information must be submitted with the podcast video, within 20 days of submitting the “Guest Consent Form Podcast/Newsletter”.
2) Podcast Questions: The podcast questions have been attached to this guest consent form podcast/newsletter. Please feel free to expand on the conversation. Remember all the questions provided by Special Education Training Center must be answered during your podcast video. The timeframe for the podcast video is from 45 mins to 1 hour. Please do not exceed the 1-hour timeframe. The podcast video format must be one of the following: .MOV, .MPEG4, and/or .MP4 file formats. Please send your podcast video as an attachment to the following email setc@spectraining.com
3) Media Filming: Your podcast video will be formatted by Infinity Times Infinity Plus One Filming. Please send your podcast video as an attachment to the following email setc@spectraining.com
4) Podcast Video: The podcast video will be provided by the podcast/newsletter guest. All podcast videos must be sent to setc@spedtraining.com within 20 days of submitting this "Guest Consent Form Podcast/Newsletter and the biography. Both must be submitted at the same time. The timeframe for the podcast video is from 45 mins to 1 hour. Please do not exceed the 1-hour timeframe. The podcast video format must be one of the following: .MOV, .MPEG4, and/or .MP4 file formats. The podcast video will be aired on Special Education Training’s, LinkedIn, and YouTube sites. Please send your podcast video as an attachment to the following email setc@spectraining.com
Upon submission of the video, becomes the property of Special Education Training Center. It will be used ONLY for its intended purpose which is to share information within the special education community. Please Do Not put any children in your video, ONLY the podcast guest must be in the video with a computer-generated background of your choice. The podcast video must be submitted with your biography, within the 20-day time period.
5) Podcast Timeframe: The podcast video should run between 45 minutes to 1 hours. Any videos that run over the time of 1 hours will not be used.
6) Airing Location/s: Your video will be aired on Special Education Training Center’s website (currently over 10,000 eLearners), LinkedIn (currently over 4,000 members), and YouTube. It is estimated, Special Education Training Center’s “Share What You Know 2021 Podcast” will be provided to over 14,000 viewers.
7). Podcast/Newsletter guest will be provided when the podcast video and the newsletter will be published.
