

eLearners are encouraged, always, to communicate their concerns to Special Education Training Center (SETC). If an elearning course or a situation arises that the eLearner must file a complaint, the following “Grievance Policy” must be followed. PLEASE NOTE NO REFUNDS WILL BE MADE ON ANY DISCOUNTED ELEARNING COURSES. If Special Education Training Center is found to be in error, then the issue will be resolved by providing the eLearner with a free eLearning course or a credit to their account ONLY. No money will be refunded.
The eLearner must adhere to the following procedure:

The eLearners compliant must be detail about any incident or the name of the eLearning course, date of paid for the course, supporting documentation, and the reason for the compliant being filed, and how you would like the issue resolved. Please note no refunds will be made on any discounted eLearning course/s and no money will be refunded. It is the eLearners responsibility to read the SETC Terms of Use and Conditions and various policies.
3. Within 5 business days, the eLearner will be provided a resolution to the incident and/or eLearning course/s. If Special Education Training Center is found to be in error, then the issue will be resolved by providing the eLearner with a free eLearning course or a credit to their account ONLY. No money will be refunded.
