Description
The eLearning course “Fundamental Aspects of Governmental
Audits 2021 Series” covers
foundational information about governmental audits. Since audits are essential
for all federal and state agencies, it is extremely important that newly hired
auditors understand the basic principles of governmental auditing. Key points
that will be discussed are governmental auditing principles that are supported
by “Generally Accepted Governmental Auditing Standards” in areas of
foundational information related to engagement, financial audits, attestation
engagements and reviews of financial statements and performing audits. The
eLearning course also supports, newly hired auditors by providing a list of key
terms and abbreviations commonly used in governmental audits.

than 1-4 days prior to the starting date of face-to-face training course/s. No
